We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Yes. Our treatments are safe for color-treated and highlighted hair.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Robes, socks, and wraps are provided.

You may arrive with clean or dirty hair. Your treatment includes a full deep and thorough cleanse.

We offer positioning support, including knee bolsters, to ensure comfort. If lying flat for extended periods is difficult, we recommend selecting a treatment length that feels best for you.

Yes. Treatments for two guests may be booked at the same time and are performed in separate suites for privacy and relaxation.

We do not perform head spa treatments on hair with extensions. We recommend booking between removal and reapplication.

We use clean, professional-grade products that are gentle and thoughtfully selected. Many of the products used in our treatments are derived from clean, responsibly sourced ingredients.
That said, we always recommend following your physician’s guidance when considering spa services during pregnancy, especially during the third trimester. If you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare provider prior to booking.
